- Shipping & Delivery
- Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to nine (9) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States and P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

- We realize that customers are concerned about how the information they provide on-line will be used. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will use the information we collect about you to process your order and provide a more personalized shopping experience. We do not sell or rent our list of customers to anyone, without their permission.
- When placing an order, we ask you to provide information on-line including your name, mailing address, e-mail address and credit card information. All information is stored on a highly secured server that is not accessible through the internet.
- To continuously assess the value of our on-line shopping experience, we may track the way customers use our site; however, this information is analyzed only in the aggregate and not at the individual level. To this end, the information you provide us will help us tailor our communications and product offerings so that you receive more of what you want and less of what you don't want when shopping with us. - In general, under federal law, you will not be liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges, remember to first notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. If, for whatever reason, you are held responsible for this amount, Mediastore will cover the entire liability for you, up to $50, as long as the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made from Mediastore while using our secure server.
- Returns & Replacements
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return it within 30 days for a no hassle exchange or return.
- RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
- Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials. Software must be unopened and in the original sealed packaging. Any Blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition. All Digital Equipment or Wireless Telephone products must be returned within 10-days of receipt of purchase. SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
- Cancelling an Order
- Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your entire order or a portion of your order as long as the order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Once the order has been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, we can request cancellation, however, should your order/item(s) ship, simply REFUSE delivery, and when the merchandise is returned to us a refund will be initiated.
- Payments
- We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and PayPal® Credit and Debit Cards:
- We do not charge your card until your order is shipped.
- When you place an online order, we authorize your credit/debit card to make sure sufficient funds are available. The financial institution places a hold on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled. This hold will also apply to any items backordered until items come into stock and are shipped.
- If your order is canceled, the financial institution that issued your card determines the time required to remove the authorization. The authorization will automatically expire based on the type of card used for payment. The following is the estimated period of time from the point of authorization to automatic expiration of the authorization for common methods of payment: Debit or check cards-24-72 hours, Visa/MasterCard-7 - 14 days, Discover-30 days, American Express -30 days
